Independent information service
RHTP Tracker is an independent Moodr Health product. It is not operated by CMS or another government agency. Tracker content is informational and does not replace an official solicitation, legal advice, financial advice, or a funding decision.
Verify before acting
We work to preserve official source links, screen relevance, and display freshness. Public sources can change without notice. Before applying, spending money, or relying on a deadline, confirm every requirement on the issuing agency's official page.
Acceptable use
You may use public Tracker pages and reasonable API access for research, planning, and internal analysis. Do not disrupt the service, evade rate limits, misrepresent Tracker data as official government guidance, or use the service to submit protected health information.
Availability and corrections
We may update, suspend, or correct content as sources change. We do not guarantee that every state will have an open program at every moment. Report a suspected error through our corrections process so the source record can be reviewed.
