Finding and tracking RHTP opportunities
How to use status, type, and state filters to surface the opportunities that fit you.
Filter by what matters
Start from the Opportunities page and narrow by status (open, closing soon), type (RFP, RFA, grant), and state. Toggle 'vendor applicants allowed' if you are a service partner rather than a provider.
Watch the deadlines
Status is computed on read in US Eastern time; 'closing soon' means a due date within 14 days. Sort by due date to triage what needs attention first.

Every opportunity links to its original source and any cached documents. Always apply on the state's official portal.
